LEARNING ON THE JOB
Karen Waddington our very own Health & Safety Advisor has been busy yet again . Not only is she Airedale Chemicals very own ‘ Queen Green ’ with her various environmental initiatives and accolades but Karen has been busy integrating a brand new government initiative into the business called CQM Learning .
The scheme has been setup by the �������������������������������� ������������������������������������������������������������������������������������� ��������������������������������������������������������������������������������������� ������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������� the 24th May to enrol each person onto the course they were interested in ” Karen added “ The courses are essentially run like NVQ ’ s and last 12 months being course work based ����������������������������������������������������������������������������������������� ������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������ ��������������������������������������������������������������������������������������� �������������������������������������������������������
