back to the Cheltenham Town Hall address
above. We will allocate the best available seats in
your chosen price band. Tickets will be held for
collection at the Box Offi ce.
To receive your tickets via post, please include a
SAE or add £1.50 to your total.
Reservations must be paid for within 3 working
days, or no later than 30 minutes before the
start of an event, whichever is soonest. Please
check your tickets as soon as you receive them,
as the Box Offi ce cannot refund money or
exchange tickets except in the case of a cancelled
performance.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
• Tickets cannot be exchanged nor money
refunded, except in the case of a cancelled
event.
• Reserved tickets must be paid for within
three working days, or no later than 30
minutes before the start of an event,
whichever is soonest.
• We reserve the right to change artists or
programmes as necessary.
• Latecomers will only be admitted into the
auditorium at a convenient break in the
performance.
• Please ensure that mobile phones are
switched off before entering the auditorium.
• We may, with your consent, send you
information about future events in our venues
and from other organisations, which may be
of interest.

The Box Offi ce will be open 45 minutes before
an event starts. Times listed are start times.
Please arrive in advance of stated time.
FOR DISABLED CUSTOMERS
If you are disabled and/or require a carer to
accompany you, please tell our Box Offi ce when
CONCESSIONS are subject to availability and
proof of eligibility will be required. Only one
concession/off er may apply per ticket.
HOW TO PAY
We accept most major credit and debit cards,
except American Express or Diners. Please make
cheques payable to: The Cheltenham Trust, and
state a maximum sum e.g. ‘not exceeding £...’
booking. Your ticket will be at a concessionary rate
and your carer will be admitted free. Provision is
made at Cheltenham Town Hall for wheelchair
access and guide dogs. Please inform the Box
Offi ce if your hearing is impaired and we will aim
to seat you in the most appropriate location. An
induction loop is in place on the ground fl oor.
