THE DARKNESS DISAPPEARS Sebastián Buendía as(Seventh"The Hatchet"Sebastián enjoyed grade) reading the Percy Jackson series of books well as during last year’s English Class. In his free time he likes to paint. It was a black and stormy night. I was in my office waiting for the call of a secret I should solve but at that time people and their mysteries never came through the door of my office. Again, I am looking at the clock, waiting, waiting for the case in the darkness. At 1 2:00 PM I saw a big shadow moving around the office but in a blink of an eye the shadow disappeared and when I turned my head to see the clock there was a big man. He was wearing a black shirt and black pants and this guy looks really powerful. The powerful man looked at me and said with a deep and strong voice: “What is your name, pathetic human?” I answered: “My name is Perceus Athen. Who are you?” “My name is Hades, Hades the God, the God of the underworld and the darkness. I have something for you.” “What are you talking about?” At that moment I tried to reach for my gun but in less than a second time stopped. I couldn’t move and then Hades walked in front of me, then he stopped and he started to look at me. Then he said: “Do you believe me now? I am the powerful God Hades and I have something for you.” Hades, the God of Darkness took a pause and then he looked at the floor. “Yes, a present for the Gods from me,” he said as he showed me a small and green book. “My present is a mystery, a mystery that you will solve, the helm of darkness is lost, it is my symbol of power and you, Perceus Athen, the demigod, son of Ares will have just 1 2 hours to find my helm.” With intrigue and fury I said: “Wait a second, you are telling me that my father is a God?” 1 01
