The key to success is in focusing on what it is you actually do want.

Really think about it and decide what it is you want to experience in your relationships. Then choose those experiences and literally walk away from anything that doesn't make the cut.

I'm not saying it doesn't require some discipline, because it does. It's a whole different skill set. First of all, most people can tell you exactly what they don't want in relationships, but have spent very little time actually defining what they DO want.

Second, learning to walk away from experiences that don't fit without drama requires some emotional muscle building.

But it's worth it in the end.

1. How do I want others to feel when they've been in my presence?

2. What do I want more of in my daily life and how can I bring that into my relationships?

3. Where am I not getting enough support?

4. What is the most important thing to me when it comes to communication?

5. How can I be giving more of myself in a joyful way?

6. What does being loved look like to me?

7. Am I experiencing enough joy in my friendships and other relationships?

8. How do I define trust?

9. How can I be more available for myself?

10. How can I be more present in my relationships?
