year, GGGA
welcomes
both new
and return-
ing students.
Excitement is
in the air and
the energy is
palpable.
At GGGA, all incoming players are assessed at the beginning
of each school year regardless of their background, handicap
or past tournament experience. Although we factor in the +/- of
the player’s history, the assessment process remains the same.
This transparent process is a vital component that allows Gary
Gilchrist and his team to create training groups and individual
development plans according to the exact ‘WHAT’ and ‘WHY’
of the player’s needs as opposed to being clouded by past
emotions or results, both good and bad. All areas of our golf
program are interdependent, and it is critical to identify the areas
that will impact performance. During the first week, players re-
ceive a variety of assessments.

• Video Analysis (FO, DL, IF, BH)
• Mental Golf Workshop Profile (Incorporating DISC)
• On Course Analysis
• Pre and Post Shot Routine Analysis
• Comprehensive Fitness Testing including Strength, Mobility,
Agility, Force Creation)
