MARIANO LEYVA
NATHAN ALFIE JALIFE
PUERTO RICO
MEXICO
Mariano made a huge decision when he
chose to come to GGGA in his Senior
year. It was his determination to develop
his golf game that led him to GGGA.
Mariano will be attending William & Mary
this fall and plans to study finance and
computer science. After college, he plans
to work with his family’s business. Mariano
loves any kind of music, especially pop/rap
Post Malone and Khalid.
Nathan started with GGGA in 2016 as a
Sophomore from Mexico City. Nathan
combined his passion for golf and his love
of art and design as he contemplated his
college options. Ultimately, Nathan made
the decision to attend SCAD Atlanta to
play college golf and pursue his dream of
becoming and industrial engineer. Nathan
loves to paint in his free time and recently
discovered the love of preparing a home
cooked meal.

Nicole came to GGGA as a Sophomore.
She was introduced to GGGA by Coach
Matt Fields when he was visiting Taiwan to
educate families about golf training in the
U.S. Nicole loves to read, hanging out with
friends, and see any kind of movie. Nicole
enjoys hiking and hiked the Yushan Moun-
tain Trail in Taiwan. In the fall, Nicole will
attend the University of North Carolina at
Chapel Hill....you might just find her hiking
the Blue Ridge Mountains soon!
Andrew joined GGGA in June 2016.
He feels that the student diversity at
GGGA has had a huge impact on him.
Andrew is by far the biggest gamer in the
academy. He loves staying up late playing
Fortnight. When he's not gaming, you
can find him listening to EDM. He's an
avid chef and loves preparing meals for his
housemates. Andrew will attend Pasadena
City College as a gateway to UC schools
so he can pursue his goal of studying
international business.
ISIDORO SHREM ZAGA
MEXICO
Isidoro won the "Most Improved" award
at GGGA his very first year. He improved
just as much, if not more, in his second
year. Going from a player who shot an
88 in his first GGGA event, Isidoro led his
first AJGA event this year with an opening
round of 69! Away from the game of golf,
Isidoro enjoys spending time with his
family. He will return to Mexico City to
pursue his dream of one day representing
Mexico in the game of golf.
