Arlington Fire Department Continues COVID-19 Vaccinations
The Arlington Fire Department is operating a COVID-19 vaccine site as part of the City ’ s ongoing effort to # ProtectArlington and Tarrant County during the coronavirus pandemic .
Through Wednesday , February 3rd , a team of City of Arlington employees , including Firefighters , Police , and various other department personnel along with our partner , American Medical Response , the City ’ s contracted ambulance provider , have coordinated the administration of 42,575 total doses , 33,273 first-round and 9,302 second-round doses , of the Moderna vaccine . The Arlington site , which serves Tarrant County and 10 other surrounding counties , is located inside a large exhibit hall at Esports Stadium Arlington + Expo Center , 1200 Ballpark Way . During a tour on Jan . 11 , Gov . Greg Abbott praised the efficiency and customer service evident at the Arlington
