After an exciting 2016 , the Grove City Area Chamber of Commerce is looking forward to the 2017 Annual Meeting to kick off what looks to be another wonderful year . On Thursday , February 23 , the Chamber will host their Annual Meeting from 6 p . m . to 8 p . m . at the Hampton Inn and Suites at Eldorado Scioto Downs Racino . This event will include heavy hors d ’ oeuvres and a wine and cash bar . New in 2017 the Annual Meeting has transitioned to an evening event so that Chamber members can invite their coworkers and family members , especially if they are up for any one of the five awards !
The evening will include the induction of officers , Chamber financial review and a City update . There will also be the 2017 Award Presentations for the following categories : Business of the Year , Heartland Bank Heart of the Chamber , Spirit of the Chamber , Ambassador of the Year and Entrepreneur of the Year . The Entrepreneur of the Year Award is brand new in 2017 . The Entrepreneur of the Year award was selected to spotlight a particular kind of business or person . The Grove City Area Chamber of Commerce is seeking to recognize the undertakings and accomplishments of exceptional men and women who create goods , technology , processes and services that contribute to the growth and success of our community . How long have you been in Grove City ? We moved to Grove City 14 years ago .
What sets you apart from other chiropractors in the area ? We specialize in a gentle , instrument based method of adjusting called the activator technique . Patients get incredible results without the soreness sometimes experienced after traditional chiropractic manipulation . We also have terrific doctors and staff . Why did you choose Grove City ? We chose Grove City because it is a nice mix of a small town atmosphere to raise a family and it is close to amenities and shopping the big city offers . Grove City is a growing and thriving city , and we took a practice over .
What do you think is your impact on the Grove City Community ? We treat over 11,000 patients in the Grove City community and hope that by doing so , we help make our community healthier and improve the overall quality of life of the residents of Grove City .

What would you like to say to the Grove City Community ? We feel so blessed to have been embraced by this community . Living and working in Grove City has been a dream for us . We love the “ community spirit ” that defines Grove City . There is no better place to work or raise a family !
What do you see in your future ? Continued growth , continued service to Grove City and the ability to continue to add local jobs . When we started in 2003 we had 2 employees . We now gainfully employ 20 staff !
