How can we get the absolute most out of every workout ?

Start with making sure that the body is properly fueled . First , fuel your body right away upon awakening . Second , fuel your body every three hours thereafter all throughout the day . Third , fuel your body with the proper ratio of carbohydrate-protein-fat , at every meal and snack .
Now we are ready for a great workout . A 9Round workout is a 30 minutes aerobic , anaerobic and strength training program . In order for any exercise program to be effective all three of these elements must exist within the duration of the workout .
In addition to being sure to have proper nutrition and a proper workout , you must be sure to stay hydrated . Females should consume 14-16 ounces of water immediately upon awakening and then this same amount with every meal and snack thereafter Males should consume 20 ounces of water immediately upon awakening and then the same amount with every meal and snack thereafter . This would be the minimum amount of water required throughout the day . >>>>>

Proper fueling and hydration , as mentioned above , are key . 7-8 hours of sleep every night , is a huge key to the recovery process . In addition , focusing on stretching and using the foam roller , plays another big part . Try to get in the habit of a stretching and foam roller routine upon awakening ( After you fuel your body ) and before going to bed each night . In summary , by focusing on the key aspects above , we are going to maximize the return on our investment of workout time .
