course, that wasn’t an ideal solution for my liver, so I started taking ano-ther bus, the 25 which would arrive earlier at Buena Park. Things have changed, I’m back to the 21 which has tremendousy improved, but I still have my pass up to Fullerton, just in case,

or if we decide to start Happy Hour early! 

If you have an appointment, or absolutely need to be somewhere on time, just don’t go with the bus that the Trip-Planner is suggesting, pick the one (or two depending on the importance of the appointment) before. I do two. If the first early one doesn’t show up or breaks down, I have the second one. If it happens again, (it did before, a bus broke down, and its replacement broke down too… these are the odds), there’s still one more to get me on time. And, if by all means, the transportation Gods are with me and I get there super-early, I just cool my heels at a coffee shop!

Also, don’t wait for the last bus of the evening to get home, or you better have a Lyft or Uber account. Fortunately, nowadays, it is more difficult to get stranded with all the technology we have at our disposa
