Mom with Impact: The Homeless Advocate TITIA OWENS Known to those who love her as the life of the party, Titia Owens’ infectious personality is only matched by her immense desire to love the least of these. Talking to the beautiful and talented Titia was reminiscent of a conversation with an old friend. A little over 4 years ago I had been on a fast asking God what He wanted me to do with my life. He told me to go to Atlanta. I had no reason to go. In the process of going I thought I had a place to stay. I didn’t, and ended up living in my car. For a period of time some months had gone by.
