Prairie
Railway
Travel back in time on board a steam or diesel-powered passenger
train from the early 1900s. Guests will experience travel as it once was,
on-board entertainment, live on-going commentary on-route, a rural
Alberta community unchanged from the 1920s, a train robbery and
a community hall buffet meal. Trains include a children’s play area,
concession and bar areas, open-air observation coach, and various styles
of enclosed passenger coaches with opening windows. Both train and
destination community are handicap accessible.
