LOVE POUNDBURY With a recent influx of new residents and businesses and a strong sense of community , it ’ s perhaps no surprise that there ’ s a new networking and social group called Love Poundbury . The group was founded by Kate Atkinson of Bridal Reloved and Charlotte Polley of Boo ' s Toy Shop . Love Poundbury meets once a month to share their love of all things Poundbury via social media sites such as Facebook , Twitter and Instagram . Owner of Bridal Reloved , Kate Atkinson believes the group is a great way to share local information . “ We ’ re a small group at the moment , but we try to feed out information about Poundbury to people who are interested . “ There ’ s so many great things that go on in the community .” Love Poundbury is a mix of residents and businesses , which provides a varied source of news and updates . Kate adds : “ If you live in Poundbury , follow the hashtag # LovePoundbury and you can find out about things going on in the community and it ’ s an easy way to tap into what ’ s happening . “ We meet up about once a month and it ’ s usually very informal .”
