water supply through the ages.
Built in 1838 the site was responsible for
providing clean and safe drinking water to
millions of Londoners for almost 200 years.
Today the Museum stands as testimony to the genius of
Victorian engineering boasting one of the world’s largest
collections of working steam powered water pumping engines.
