We do not want to rush your ceremony, nor be forced to postpone it, so please ensure that you and your
guests arrive on time. Remember there may be traffic delays or a photo call before the ceremony.
Your guests are very welcome to take photographs before and after the ceremony. If you would like
someone to make a DVD/video recording of your ceremony, this should be indicated on your ceremony
plan. For safety reasons, we cannot allow extra lighting and all the recording equipment must run on
batteries.
Please remember there may be other couples having a ceremony in the Registration Office on the same
day. To keep the venue attractive and tidy please ask your guests to wait until you are outside the building
before showering you with confetti.
