• The Registrar will contact couples in advance to introduce themselves and to ensure that the ceremony is personal and includes the preferred order of ceremony
• All Registrars write their own ceremonies , to ensure the couple enjoy an individual ceremony at the time and licensed venue of their choosing
• On the wedding day , two Registrars will arrive at the venue at least 30 minutes before the ceremony time to meet the couple and ensure that everything is in order
• It offers a choice of readings ( which need to be approved in advance ) and also a formal ‘ giving away ’ if required
• Couples may choose their own music - live or recorded - to create the perfect atmosphere for their ceremony
• This package provides time and opportunity for photography before , during and after the ceremony , so the couple can be sure that every special moment of the day is captured .
• The Ruby package provides a personal 30 minute ceremony where the couple choose their declaratory words and contracting vows ( from a list of legallyrequired options ), as well as additional personal vows and ring promises
Ruby package combines maximum choice and flexibility at the couple ’ s choice of licensed venue available on any day of the year apart from Christmas Day , Boxing Day and New Year ’ s Day and up to 7.00pm in the evening .
