Middle School Co-Ed Basketball Club
CCS students in Grades 6-8 are invited to participate in a weekly co-ed basketball club beginning this Wednesday ( but skipping next week due to the early dismissal and exams ). Coach Brian Sullivan and Assistant Coach Amy Joseph will work with interested students from 3:15 until 4:30 in the gym . The cost for participating is $ 10 / student ( checks made payable to " CCS Athletics "). Students will wear their regular dress code items to school and will change clothes at the end of the day to participate . If you have any questions , please contact Mr . Reminders :
� Please sign and return the permission slip ( below ) to the office � Please send your $ 10 ( checks payable to CCS ) with the permission slip . � Students that want to “ come and try it out ” for the first week will be permitted to join us and participate for one week without payment , but we must have written permission for your child to stay . � Students should wear normal school-day attire to school each Wednesday . � Students should plan to change into practice attire that is in keeping with the school ’ s modesty guidelines . If you are unsure if clothing meets the modesty guidelines , we suggest sending a P . E . Uniform .
� Parents should plan to arrive at CCS in time to promptly pick up children at 4:30 , so that our volunteers may also head home .
