The CCF Victorian Branch is governed by a 12-person
Board, each of whom represents a “Contractor” Member
company. The Board Membership covers representation
from Regional and Metropolitan Members, small, medium
and large contractors, and contractors across the Water,
Roads, Local Government and Land Development
sectors. Accounting firm, Stannards completed our Audit in
accordance with the Fair Work (Registered Organisations)

In addition, a surveillance audit of CCF’s ISO 9001:2008
certification program was conducted and approved in
March 2017 by DQS Certification AUSNZ Pty Ltd with
2 non-confirming items identified and subsequently
actioned.
Board Meetings
The full Board met a total of 5 times during the year
(July, September & November 2016 and February & April
2016), with the Board Executive meeting each alternate
month.
