Briana Hood
Briana Hood is the Program Manager at the Chillicothe Ross Chamber of Commerce. Her role as
Program Manager entails oversight of Ross County Safety Council (the #2 safety council in Ohio
in 2017), Workforce Development, Discover Downtown Chillicothe Business Partners,
Empowering Young Professionals in Chillicothe, and all digital and print marketing. Briana has a
vast background in marketing, event management, and digital media.
Lori Reinbolt
Lori is a visionary leader in her 5th year as President & CEO of the Orrville Area Chamber of
Commerce. Her interest in entrepreneurism began in high school with the coordination of a
lemonade stand at the July 4th carnival, a fundraiser for majorette uniforms. Lori earned a BA in
Public Communication, Business Administration and Public Affairs from Ashland University and an
MA in Higher Education Administration from The University of Akron. She spent 14 years as a
college administrator prior to coming back to her hometown of Orrville and a part-time job as
Special Projects Coordinator at the Orrville Area Chamber of Commerce.
Josh Torres, CCEO-AP
Josh Torres is the current Chief Executive Officer for the Chamber of Commerce Executives of
Ohio and the President & CEO at The Chamber Partnership in Northwest Ohio. He is long-time
entrepreneur and business owner. He is an accredited chamber professional, a multi-unit
franchisee with two national QSR brands, and recently co-founded and launched a tech
company. He is married to his beautiful wife Cindy and has five daughters.
He believes that it's not about ideas, it's about making ideas happen, And if plan A fails,
remember there are 25 more letters.
Isaac Lee, MBA, CCEO-AP
Isaac Lee is the current Chief Operating Officer for the Chamber of Commerce Executives of
Ohio and brings over 11 years of experience to in both Chamber and Economic Development
work to his post. Starting at the Defiance Area Chamber of Commerce, Isaac has spent time on
the CCEO Board while advancing to the roles of an executive committee post. In 2015, that
board asked Isaac to become the COO of CCEO. Isaac is happily married to his wife of 15 years,
Kristen, and they share their lives with four children; Addison, Madelyn, Jackson, and Henry.
