Come and conquer North Wall Rock Climbing in Crystal
Lake, complete with different rock wall climbing fun. In-
side has a multitude of challenges for all ages and abilities.
With four sides and lots of different climbing apparatus,
teens will never get bored and can navigate a new route
to the top every time they climb.

Have fun skiing and/or snowboarding with your friends
and teens from other surrounding Park Districts. Chestnut
Mountain in Galena has 475-foot vertical drop which me-
anders 3,500 feet through 19 runs, 8 lifts, 3 rope tows, 4 ter-
rain parks, and concessions available. A signed waiver is
required for this trip. Registration includes lift tickets; there is
an additional charge for ski, snowboard, and helmet rent-
als, as well as lessons. Please bring money on the day of
the trip if you would like to rent equipment or take a lesson.
The deadline to register is January 12.

Intro to Drones
Ages 14 years - Adult

Whether you are looking to fly drones for fun or become
an FAA licensed Unmanned Aerial System (UAS) pilot, this
class will get you started and on your way. First we will go
over some drone safety and each student will get some
simulator time to practice flying and crashing. By the last
class, you will be flying your drone in all directions and
hopefully doing some flips as well. Come get started in one
of the fastest growing technologies today. You will receive
a small training drone in class that is yours to keep.
