If a class does not have a consistent minimum capacity (4 participants) by week three of a session,
it will be cancelled for the remainder of the session.
WEEKLY FITNESS CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Bollywood Dance
Bollywood inspired fitness program combined dynam-
ic choreography with the hottest music from Indian
Bollywood movies all packed into a 50-minute work-
out.
Boot Camp for Seniors
This fun class consists of a series of age appropriate
moves in improve strength, flexibility, balance, and
agility. Anyone over 55 years old is welcome. Must be
able to stand without assistance.
The Role Model Method
Release stress and tension while learning self massage
techniques in a relaxing environment. We will be rolling
with Yoga Tune-Up balls in different yoga poses to help
er ase pain, improve posture, and increase flexibility.
No yoga experience required.
Strong
Using a variety of equipment, gain balance, core, and
strength.
STRONG by Zumba
Strong by Zumba is a High Intensity Interval Training
class using more traditional fitness moves for a more
athletic conditioning-style workout. You use your own
body weight as resistance to achieve muscle defini-
tion.
Pilates / Wake Up Pilates
This mat-based workout is designed to engage the
mind and work the entire body. Fluid movements will
develop core strength plus increase flexibility while
improving balance and posture. Please bring a mat
to class.
Yoga
This class will increase awareness of your mind and
body as well as your overall physical fitness. Please
bring a mat.
Zumba ®
Ditch the workout and join the party! This fun, fast-
paced, Latin-dance based cardiovascular class is sure
to get your heart pumping and muscles toned. All
fitness levels are welcome.
