Youth Theater Company of Cary
Grades 6th - 9th

Love acting in a play but you’re ready to learn more about
the “behind the scenes”? The Cary Youth Theater Company is specifically designed to challenge an older age
group interested in performing while learning all aspects
leading up to and including a show! In addition to acting
in their own play, this group will actually help direct the
Children’s Theater Company performance. Put your Assistant Director hat on and learn about lighting, sound, scene
mapping, and set design. Students must be available for
all rehearsals and the performance day. Tech week will
take place the entire week preceding the performance.
Additional rehearsals may be scheduled during the session. The Youth Theater Company of Cary performance
