This program includes Hatha yoga postures , techniques and sequences for flexibility , strength , postural alignment , increased energy and overall health . Breathing and relaxation techniques will be included in every program . Beginners are welcome and encouraged to sign up . All yoga props are provided . This is the perfect event for college students , people that live in apartments and townhomes , or those that don ’ t have enough items or time for a weekend-long garage sale . Each registered seller will have one parking space to display and sell items . A detailed letter will be emailed to all registered sellers . The sale will be open to the public between 8 - 11 am .
