LG In this program , participants will learn the fundamentals of the sport in a four week introduction program . Norge is one of the top ski jumping development clubs in the US and has five jumps from beginner to advanced . Most equipment is available for use at no additional charge . Family Yoga
Ages 5 - 12 with parent
EH Yoga promotes balance , coordination , concentration , and a positive , non-competitive form of exercise , stress reduction , and family body . This beginner level class will be a fun exploration of yoga . Children must be accompanied by an adult . Each family member must register separately . Please bring your own yoga mats . LG Children are guaranteed to have a great time as they learn a collection of fascinating and mesmerizing tricks from the “ Magic Team of Gary Kantor !” Amaze family and friends with tricks that involve cards , ropes , coins , mind reading , and more . All materials are provided and each child receives a magic kit to take home . Children are grouped by age and always learn tricks that are age-appropriate . Additionally , you can sign up for this class again and again since brand new tricks are always taught at each session .
