Zumba ® Kids features the famous Zumba Fitness music,
rhythms, and beats based on original Zumba choreogra-
phy broken into kid-friendly routines. Giving children the
outlet to jump, dance, shake, and swing their hips, it’s the
perfect recipe for fitness fun. Parents get ready because
you are now able to join the party too!

Learn Guitar
Ages 7 years - Adult

For those who have always wanted to learn guitar, we
now offer private lessons for all ages and skill levels. In a
fun, collaborative learning experience we will go through
the techniques and basic understandings of the guitar al-
lowing you to play your favorite songs in no time. Lessons
are 30-minutes long. You will be contacted by the instruc-
tor prior to the first lesson to schedule a specific time that
works for both parties. Students should have their own gui-
tar for both in class use and at home practice.

Keyboard Fun
Ages 6 years - Adult

Beginners will learn to read notes and count out rhythms
while enjoying the unique sounds of digital keyboards. As
students progress, they will learn chords, build sight-read-
ing skills, and enjoy playing their favorite songs. Develop
better focus, concentration, and memory that leads to
better success in school. For those who enjoy singing and
playing, accompaniment skills are also taught. Keyboards
are provided for classroom use.
Lessons are 30 minutes long with the last lesson beginning
at 7:00 pm. The instructor will contact each student prior
to the first meeting to arrange a time that works for both
parties. Music books range from $7.00-$9.00 and may be
purchased from the instructor. No class 10/19 and 11/23

Enjoy a morning of fishing and fun during the Happy Trails Fishing
Derby. Start the day at the shelter to learn about fishing etiquette
and new anglers will rece ive a quick fishing lesson. Then, it’s off to
the pond to see what you can catch (and release)! Participants
must be willing to touch worms or come with a partner who will.
Fishing poles, tackle, and bait will be provided or you can bring
your own. Anyone over the age of 16 must have a current Illinois
Fishing License. Raffle prizes, goody bags, and information on fish-
ing will be included. Pre-registration is recommended, but walk-ins
