If you normally attend three or more programs a week or
want a flexible fitness schedule, this is for you! Participate in
any or all of the group fitness programs during the season for
which you register.
Fitness Dance Parties
Zumba Black Light Dance Party
Friday, September 22 6:00 - 8:00 pm
Wear light colored clothing and workout and have a
blast under a black light. Registration code: 8491
Outdoor Zumba Halloween Party
Punch Cards
5 Punches $30/$45; 10 Punches $60/$90;
15 Punches: 90/$135
Purchase a walk-in punch card and have your card
validated by the instructor before each class.
Punch cards expire two months from the date of purchase.
Walk-in Fee
R/NR FEE: $6/$9
If you would like to try a class to see if it’s right for you or if
you would like to drop in as your schedule allows, consider
paying the walk-in fee. This fee is payable at the Community
Center Front Desk before the class begins.

Our group fitness summer session 2 classes run through

Turkey Trot Fitness Class
Friday, November 24 9:00 - 10:00 am
Grab your “left over” relatives and enjoy an after the
feast workout. Fee is $2 + a non-perishable food item.

Zumba Dance Party & Toy Drive
Friday, December 8 6:00 - 8:00 pm
Have a blast in a holiday theme Zumba Party. Please
bring a toy for our toy drive. Registration code: 8493
* Zumba parties are registered events. A minimum of 7
registered participants are needed for the event to run;
Walk-ins will be accepted the day of the event. If registered
in advanced the fee is $5. The walk-in fee is $8.
WEEKLY FITNESS CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Bollywood Dance
Bollywood inspired fitness program combines dynamic
choreography with the hottest music from Indian Bol-
lywood movies all packed into a 50-minute workout.
Boot Camp for Seniors
This fun class consists of a series of age appropriate
moves to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and
agility. Anyone over 55 years old is welcome. Must be
able to stand without assistance.
Cardio & Core
The Role Model Method (formerly Great Balls of Yoga)
Release stress and tension while learning self massage
techniques in a relaxing environment. We will be rolling
with Yoga Tune-up® balls in different yoga poses to
help erase pain, improve posture, and increase flex-
ibility. No yoga experience required.
Strong
Using a variety of equipment, gain balance, core, and
strength.
Wake Up Pilates
A variety of cardio and core exercises combined to
burn calories, improve cardiovascular health, boost
endurance, and build a strong core. Back by popular demand! Start your morning right
with this invigorating Pilates program.
Pilates This walking-style class includes easy to follow steps for
all fitness levels. The cardiovascular training portion of
the class will be equivalent to approximately a 2 mile
walk. The second half of the class will include toning
exercises with various pieces of equipment.
This mat-based workout is designed to engage the
mind and work the entire body. Fluid movements will
develop core strength plus, increase flexibility while im-
proving balance and posture. Please bring a mat to
each meeting.
Pound
A full-body cardio jam session, combining light resis-
tance with constant simulated drumming. The workout
fuses cardio, Pilates, isometric movements, plyomet-
rics, and isometric poses into a 45-minute series.
Walk Fit & Tone
Zumba ®
Ditch the workout and join the party! This fun, fast-
paced, Latin-dance based cardiovascular class is sure
to get your heart pumping and muscles toned. All
fitness levels are welcome.
