As you can see, nutrition is not static in nature.
We must consider many variables. It may be
overwhelming for people, but we must use ourselves as our own n=1 experiments. Instead of
stressing out if your diet plan will work for you or
not, enjoy the process and use every experience
as a learning experience.
Also, you must remember, if something works
for you today, it may not work for you when you
drop 20lbs or shed 6% body fat. We see this all
the time when people go on very low carb diets.
They get down to 8% body fat while maintaining
high training volume. All is good until they see
their performance go down the drain and body
composition worsens. We are always adapting
and so must the way we fuel our bodies.
