? ? ? ? ? In a small saucepan, combine brown sugar, pineapple juice, honey, orange juice, orange zest, Dijon mustard, and ground cloves. Over medium heat bring to a boil while stirring occasionally for 10 minutes Bake ham in preheated oven uncovered for two hours. Remove ham from oven, and brush with glaze. Place the pineapples onto the top of the ham, and secure with toothpicks. Place cherries into the centers of the rings of pineapples, and secure with toothpicks also. Bake for an additional 30 to 45 minutes, brushing ham with glaze every 10 minutes. Let the ham rest 15 to 20 minutes before slicing. 23
