American Cruise Lines hotel service positions are temporary entry-level roles in housekeeping or food service for people seeking to build experience and a resume . Joining our team will give you an in-depth view of the hospitality and cruise industries as you live and work on one of our 100 to 200-guest small ships . Work alongside our seasoned managers in food service , housekeeping , and customer service to provide a highly personalized experience to each guest .
You will either work in the housekeeping department as a Housekeeper or the food service department as a Server or Galley Steward .
