coronary heart disease than men. Researchers implicate the disparity
between men and women with type 2 diabetes in using strategies to
protect cardiovascular health—women are less likely to use cholesterollowering and blood pressure-lowering medications. Hormonal
differences may also be a factor.

high levels of sleep disturbances from frequently using social media
each day. The study, conducted by researchers at the University of
Pittsburgh School of Medicine in Pennsylvania, showed the average
participant used social media 61 minutes per day.
