The amount of Americans who drink at least one sugary soda
or juice drink every day. Those who were more likely to drink
one sugary drink or more a day were aged 18 to 24, men,
African Americans, unemployed adults, and those with less
than a high school education.

The number of minutes of active time on weekends that can lead
to a loss of more than two pounds and 1.6% of body fat after 1 year.
The same association was not seen during weekdays. People tend
to consume less or eat healthier on weekdays so they are able to
get away with less activity.
