CHARITY EXTRAS If a charity package does not meet your needs why not take a look at some of our Charity extras which can be bought on an individual basis. • harity website listing – £225 – Includes 50word C description, logo and a link to your charity website • uarter page advertisement in Cardiff Half Q Marathon Race Brochure – £200 • iscounted Group booking entry of £32 per person D (Discounted rates for bookings of 10 or more) Booking and registration information Spaces bought but not used in the previous year cannot be transferred or refunded Website and advertisement details must be submitted within two weeks of purchase to allow updates and promotion at www.cardiffhalfmarathon.co.uk The closing date for entries will be 15th September 2014 Please be aware that although spaces have been purchased through a Charity package this does not secure an entry once the official closing date has passed. All runners will be required to register through our online system in order for Runners’ packs to be produced shortly after the final entry cut-off date Charity packages can now be purchased online using a debit/credit card All registrations will be controlled by a nominated Team Captain who will create a team for each Charity – you will be requested to pay for the package online upon purchase There will be an option to transfer entries until 1st August 2014 – this can be done by the individual who will receive a refund less an admin fee of £5, the new participant will then pay for their entry There will be an option to pre pay for additional spaces online also for those who have allocated all spaces provided in the package There will be a Just Giving link set up for Gold and Silver packages only – this will be created by the Cardiff Half Marathon team once payment has been received 13
