THE BRIDE

The best advice I can give a bride is for her to take her time. Everyone is there to see you shine. You and the guy who will be there with you from here on out should understand that although this moment seems like it's about everyone else, it's easy to direct the attention back to you. In the moment that you fill overwhelmed, the best thing to do is take your time, breathe, tell the camera man to come take a photo, and use that attitude on the shot. Everyone will pause until your finished taking the photo. Now your back in control.

IN HER

MOMENT

Not every bride elects to be selfish on her wedding day. Quite frankly that is the day you should take advantage of the opportunity to have your moment. Schedule with your photographer a time to take pictures with you for at least 10 minutes after the wedding. The perfect time is between your wedding and wedding reception. Take the photos before the wedding party, family, and group photos. Usually your smile is fresh and your skin is glowing. After all you've just gotten married. There is no better photo than a natural photo, when you are gleaning from excitement. Trying to take group pictures ruins that moment and nags at your patience.
