LUNCH
In our ongoing quest to find the
perfect place for a lunch meeting,
we asked Brian Zuma:
“What is your
favourite spot for
a business
lunch...?”

business lunch meeting offers
many advantages. If you’re
hoping to strike a deal, a meeting
on neutral ground can be helpful.
A brainstorming session can benefit from
relaxed, congenial surroundings. Or if you
need to discuss confidential issues with a
colleague, a venue away from the office
might be a good way to avoid prying ears.
But the restaurant you choose is
important — too rowdy and you will
struggle to hear each other over the
hubbub; too quiet with tables too close
together and you will be whispering to
each other to avoid having your business
overheard.
To discover which places are best for
business get-togethers, we have been
meeting with local business personalities
at their venue of choice.
