These events include : the Festival of the Arts ; Best South Cape Martini Competition , Farmers ’ Market ; Bike Nights ; Red , White and Boom ; Cardboard Boat Regatta ; Holiday Boat-A-Long ; Festival of Lights , Symphony in the Park , Pub Crawls and Trolley Events .
