I refused, even to the point of writing a letter to the DHO and the CAO (Chief Administrative Officer), but my struggle was in vain." Nurse Rose explains, ?they were selling other items like [mosquito] nets and child immunization cards. These things are to be given free, but it seems they were being sold to patients. So when I came, I started putting things right.
