20 Employability Festival: Programme of Events ACCESS HOUR Do you find the prospect of the Careers Fair daunting? Do crowds make you feel anxious or are you concerned about physical access issues? This year the Careers & Employability Service are adding an additional hour to the Careers Fair to give you extra time and space to meet with employers and organisations in a less crowded environment before the main event begins (of course you are welcome to stay for this too!). Please note: No prior disclosure is required YOUR FUTURE, ONE STEP AT A TIME Thinking about your career path after university or where to start when it comes to employability can be a daunting prospect. Especially if you are dealing with mental health difficulties, including anxiety, depression and stress. In order to support your employability development whilst at university, a range of small, relaxed sessions will be running, which address any concerns or questions you may have surrounding employment.
