Greetings and a warm welcome to our 16th issue of the CANNAINVESTOR Magazine! We couldn't be more excited to bring our magazine to cannabis investors, analysts, financial media and cannabis executives.
We have been receiving a significant amount of calls from institutional, accredited investors and non-accredited investors regarding investing in privately held cannabis companies. Many investors feel the best cannabis companies to invest in are still private and have not yet went public. CannaInvestor Magazine believes that many privately held cannabis companies are currently at low valuations, due to cannabis not being legal at the federal level. In addition, private companies tend to have better capital structures than publicly traded cannabis companies., due to the fact they still are very small companies with low debt and not many shareholders.
