Business Plan

CASH FLOW

Due to the infancy of this industry, we are unable to estimate traffic flow. The only true metrics we can use is market value and number of plants our farms are able to grow. We have not found

any market to be over saturated with products that move slow; thus we can be concluded that in a new market such as Maine we should focus on the quantity of the final product. We believe that our farms should be able to produce 2,000lbs of product annually with five growing seasons. We estimate $200-$250 an oz. which totals annual revenue of approximately $6,500,000-$8,000,000.00.

We will purchase a rental property company that will act as a vacation home that we will be able to rent out part of the year as a vacation home. This will be a quick source of income during our setup period and first harvest. It will also serve as a place to house Austin and Robert, and give residency for Maine. Robert and Austin will spend three or four days each month in Maine. Having a house that acts as an income property and homestead will cut down on the cost of a hotel. Maine is very adamant about participates in the recreational cannabis industry having Maine residency. This property will solve those issues and increase our assets.

We developed our business plan around this figure. All personnel, buildings, and administration can be ran in that lower spectrum with a 30%+ return. Signing up other farms in other cities should only cost half of the original startup. With the ERP system, we will have also acquired data that will allow for a faster and easier expansion, if needed.
