Therefore, one should take caution in accepting as truth the words of any person that claims that they “called it” such as the various sources who in June were posting how they called this market decline back in May. Readers of CANNAINVESTOR Magazine know from every issue to view the industry as a vibrant ecosystem undergoing shocking alterations to its landscape (called Ecoforming) continuously and to be prepared to exit, enter, accumulate holdings at any time as well as to change their investment focus (long term, short term, short selling, from Fundamentals to Technicals, etc). The prepared Retail Investor changed their investment strategy, outlook, and holdings back in April even if for no other reason than following the cliché to “sell on news” (Bill C-45). The majority of these Canadian companies also have OTC tickers meaning that many US investors may have reduced or even closed out their positions for the reasons given.

The case studies this month include two companies a few DIY undertakings. Starting with the DIY is easiest.
