Patricia Danna, Vice President, C.A.O., Finance and Board Member

Ms. Danna has over 30 years of administrative experience that ranges from start-­‐ ups to public companies. She has served as a Vice President of Administration and Executive Assistant as well as a Branch Service Manager for 40 real estate offices with 400 agents.

Her duties have included: Accounting, all aspects of Human Resources including payroll, Corporate Secretary, policy & procedures creation and implementation, Investor Relations for 2,200 shareholders, legal document preparation and contract review, liaison with company attorney regarding legal matters, assisted with public company filings, audit preparation, due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, coordination of international investment prospects, domestic and international travel coordination. Ms. Danna has an outstanding record and reputation as a corporate administrator.

Hector Delgadillo, Vice President of Marketing

Mr. Delgadillo will bring his 36 years of design and marketing talents to Green Cross Alliance. He has previously worked for companies such as Exigo Group, DKN Marketing, and Joseph Potaki Packaging and now owns his own firm, Design Network. His expertise includes: advertising design, packaging, web/graphic designs, Internet marketing, display graphics, logos, industrial design, technical illustration, etc.

Abrahim Robbin, Consultant for Dispensary Operations

Mr. Robbin has over ten years of experience in the cannabis industry. He actually began working in the industry while he attended the University of California in Riverside, CA. He has experience in every aspect of the business, including farming, distribution and retailing. Abrahim Robbin is one of the most knowledgeable persons in this new cannabis industry. In addition to his cannabis industry experience, Mr. Robbin has been very successful in a variety of sales management positions with companies such as DirecTV, Coast-­‐to-­‐Coast Imports and Intercontinental Imports. With great experience in B2B sales organizations, Mr. Robbin will provide excellent sales training and experience to Green Cross Alliance.

Mr. Robbin will bring significant experience and prior success in the industry. He built a very successful dispensary in 2008 that was seeing nearly 300 patients per day. He will play a significant role in the success of our Company.
