Mauricio Braun, COO

For the past 24 years, Mr. Braun has been heavily involved in real estate related services, developing, marketing and selling new products and services to the major real estate brokers, title insurance companies, and escrow companies throughout the 58 California counties. Mr. Braun was founder and principal of LGS Reports, Inc., a provider of natural hazard and related disclosure and compliance services in connection with residential, commercial, agricultural and industrial real estate transactions. LGS Reports was sold to The First American Corporation (NYSE: FAF) in late 2005.

Mr. Braun was also principal of LGS Retrofitters, a company specializing in assisting Realtors in meeting mandatory city, county and state requirements prior to the close of escrow; LGS Environmental, a company specializing in inspecting, analyzing, evaluating and reporting the existence of mold primarily in residential properties in escrow. Until 2015, Mr. Braun also served as the President and COO of California Class Action Claims Administration, LLC. - a firm specialized in finding and assisting Class Members of defective building materials-settled claims and recover compensation from the established settlement funds. Mr. Braun has a BA in Finance from the Universidad Tecnológica de México, a State of California Insurance Broker’s License and a State of California Real Estate License.

Anil K. Sahai, CTO

Anil has over 15 years of experience managing engineering and business organization at Fortune 100 companies like Amdahl/Fujitsu, Compaq, Intel, Apple and Vodafone where he designed and managed the development and delivery of enterprise class software and hardware products. He founded Ezyte which was acquired by Procera Networks - a public company, and he worked as its Executive Vice-President and CTO where he designed high performance security appliances. Anil has also consulted extensively with companies in the IT, finance, telecom, healthcare and transportation industries in North America, Africa, Middle East and South America. Mr. Sahai has a PhD. In Computer Science from University of California, M.S. in Computer Science from University of Pittsburgh, M.S. in Mathematics from Ohio University, and B.A. (Honors) in Mathematics from St. Stephen’s College in Delhi, India. Mr. Sahai also has a Masters from Sloan School of Management at MIT with specialization in International Corporate Strategies and New Product Development.
