CIM: Do you plan on completing a reverse stock split?
HMPQ: No, we do not feel that is necessary at this time. As long as we can continue to raise capital and execute on our business plan, the management team feels we should be able to experience some organic growth in share price. In the event an opportunity arises to up-list to a QB company in 2018 we will try to up-list. However, if our share price is preventing us from completing an up-list, only then would we consider it.
