Q&A

CCIM: What ever happened to your rollout of Rolling

Thunder, "Mama Coca" hemp based energy drink and

Weed World Candies?

HMPQ: Our Rolling Thunder papers are available right now on our website and direct to retailers. We’ve received some great feedback on those papers from our small consumer base. Our other products we’ve put on hold until we can supply enough of our own CBD to roll out the highest quality product, rather than sourcing from others.

CIM: Why did you decide to change the direction of the business?

HMPQ: Purely a financially driven decision. We don’t have a big enough team yet to grow and market a hemp or cannabis brand. Between the regulations and marketing constraints, we were suffocating our own growth. With the qualified Reg A Offering, we’ve already been able to raise the type of money needed to begin financing these top quality extraction machines. This is a better value added business model for everyone involved.

CIM: What is your management teams experience?

HMPQ: Our management team is young and entrepreneurial. We have the ability to raise capital and oversee our business model. Our CEO Sal has years of hemp and cannabis related experience. Many of the original CBD products were formulated and developed by him personally. For the growth of our extraction business, we will rely on our partner's expertise to successfully utilize our assets and capital to meet expectations on quality and production.
