Q&A

CCIM: What is the significance of the purchase of your two

extraction machines?

HMPQ: We want to become one of the largest CBD producers on the east coast. We purchased our first machine in early 2017, the second machine we are negotiating now will have a multi tier expansion system. It will allow us to add capacity as our business scales.

CIM: What is the significance of your strategic partnerships?

HMPQ: The significance of our partnerships is to begin extracting value from our machine. Our team is very small right now, it makes more sense for us to partner with a group that has land and manpower. We will supply the extraction machines and operating capital being raised from the Reg A Offering, our partners in Maine and New York we are currently negotiating with will run the facility and provide the land and hemp.

CIM: Could you add some color on your venture into hemp plastics?

HMPQ: Our partner in Maine has an R&D facility that we plan to utilize as soon as our agreement is executed. We plan to focus on developing cutting edge, cost effective hemp auto parts. Most people don’t know, but higher end European manufacturers are already using this technology in their cars (e.g. BMW). The American brands are still lagging behind.
