EDITOR'S NOTE

Greetings and a warm welcome to our 14th issue of the CANNAINVESTOR Magazine! We couldn't be more excited to bring our magazine to cannabis investors, analysts, financial media and cannabis executives.

We like to keep our readers informed regarding any new developments that may impact their investment portfolios. Please view Jeffrey Friedland's video in the Video Room on page 200. In his video, Jeff talks about the announcement in Canada from the TMX that it may have a problem in clearing trades of Canadian publicly-traded companies in the marijuana space that own businesses in the United States that touch the plant. This announcement could potentially eliminate Canadian publicly-traded companies that have United States assets. These Canadian companies may have to liquidate those assets or their stocks may be de-listed. This announcement is important to our readers due to the fact many of our Top 25 Stock Picks (Long-Term) include Canadian publicly-traded companies that trade on the United States OTC. We're not saying this new action is definite, but we advise are readers to research more regarding the TMX announcement and to keep their eyes and ears open for any new developments.

Thank you for letting us keep you informed and assist you in your research of this new and emerging market. We appreciate your support and are so happy to have you as a reader of the CANNAINVESTOR Magazine!
