I have suffered from insomnia for several years. I now take hemp extract tincture. All I need are 2- 3 small drops a half hour to an hour before bedtime and I can sleep. It does not make me feel groggy the next day. I have tried prescription sleeping pills, Nyquil sleep and melatonin. They either didn't work or made me sleepy all day the next day. I promise this works. I wake up feeling rested, not over dosed. Very few prescription medications are affected at all by hemp oil. (I am diabetic and this does not interfere with my other medications, in fact it helps lower my blood sugar level).
