Are your products legal?
Yes. All of our products are produced from hemp and are protected un the Farm Bill Section 7606, which is as follows: 1 SEC. 7606. LEGITIMACY OF INDUSTRIAL HEMP RESEARCH IN GENERAL.—Notwithstanding the Controlled Substances Act (21 U.S.C. 801 et seq.), the Safe and Drug-Free Schools and Communities Act (20 U.S.C. 7101 et seq.), chapter 81 of title 41, United States Code, or any other Federal law, an institution of higher education (as defined in section 101 of the Higher Education Act of 1965 (20 U.S.C. 1001)) or a State department of agriculture may grow or cultivate industrial hemp if the industrial hemp is grown or cultivated for purposes of research conducted under an agricultural pilot program or other agricultural or academic research; and the growing or cultivating of industrial hemp is allowed under the laws of the State in which such institution of higher education or State department of agriculture is located and such research occurs. DEFINITIONS.—In this section: AGRICULTURAL PILOT PROGRAM.—The term ‘‘agricultural pilot program’’ means a pilot program to study the growth, cultivation, or marketing of industrial hemp in States that permit the growth or cultivation of industrial hemp under the laws of the State; and in a manner that ensures that only institutions of higher education and State departments of agriculture are used to grow or cultivate industrial hemp; requires that sites used for growing or cultivating industrial hemp in a State be certified by, and registered with, the State department of agriculture; and authorizes State departments of agriculture to promulgate regulations to carry out the pilot program in the States in accordance with the purposes of this section. INDUSTRIAL HEMP. The term ‘‘industrial hemp’’ means the plant Cannabis Sativa L. and any part of such plant, whether growing or not, with a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol concentration of not more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis. STATE DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE. The term ‘‘State department of agriculture’’ means the agency, commission, or department of a State government responsible for agriculture within the State.
Will I pass a drug test?

Can I take too much?
Hemp oil is shown to be non-toxic even at high doses of 600 mg to 1,400 mg per day. There is no account of a fatal overdose level for cannabis found among the decades of research on the topic, and no known deaths associated with cannabis use. Here is the exact wording from US Patent #6,630,507, held by The Department of Health and Human Services: “No signs of toxicity or serious side effects have been observed following chronic administration of Cannabidiol to healthy volunteers (Cunha et al., Pharmacology 21:175-185, 1980), even in large acute doses of 700 mg/day (Consroe et al., Pharmacol. Biochem. Behav. 40:701-708, 1991)”.
Are there any psychotropic effects?
No. Commercial hemp seed and hemp seed oil naturally contain very low amounts of THC, and both also contain a substance that counteracts THC. Hemp oil is an increasingly popular product, used for an expanding variety of purposes. The washed hemp seed contains no THC at all. The concentration of THC in the oil is infinitesimal even before all of the THC is extracted. Therefore, no one can get high from using our hemp oil.

Are there any contraindications?
There are dozens of studies that prove the effectiveness of hemp oil in treating various conditions, and most of these studies conclude that cannabinoids are safe and virtually free of side effects.
