Cannabidiol, CBD, is the relatively new kid on the Cannabis block that people can’t seem to know enough about. CBD is a non-psychotropic cannabinoid found in Cannabis. It is one of dozens of plant produced cannabinoids or “phytocannabinoids”, found in marijuana. CBD was misunderstood and undervalued during the underground revolution of Cannabis breeding in the 80’s and 90’s. Cultivators sought out

stronger and stronger concentrations of Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) for the high, not understanding that CBD would later be shown to have anti-seizure, anti-inflammatory and even anti-cancer properties.
