I’m convinced that we will get there eventually but, I still wonder who are we to tell sick patients what they can and cannot have and what state they must be in to die with dignity (DWDA 2017)? Not me. In terms of health, it’s a shame what a single discriminating and hypocritical thought process has done and will continue to do if we don’t continue the research and lighten-up. When it comes to serious ailments like depression, diabetes, cancer, Crohn’s disease, MS, PTSD, chronic pain, and other inflammatory conditions, there seems almost no other choice but to turn to pharmaceutical drugs, which themselves have an array of horrible and adverse side effects. CBD oils, dabs, tinctures, and vapes are showing a lot of promise in treating such ailments, but the CBD oil softgel market is still limited to a handful of companies in the US, offering lower potency products with limited distribution and opioids are still being prescribed in abundance.

Thus, the nation is overdosed, and we are denying certain types of care, procedures and medications because we simply can’t figure it out. We put people on the moon, are looking at flying cars, have passenger trains that can go 300 miles an hour, but we still can’t figure out a way to grow, produce, monitor, tax, hemp, cannabis, marijuana products. Are you kidding me?
